At RideCam.shop, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Be in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Items marked as final sale or clearance.

Used dash cams or accessories showing signs of installation or wear.

Gift cards or downloadable software.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our support team with:

Your full name and order number

Reason for return

Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return address.
4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original product and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or faulty item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
